We have several different spaces to choose from in the most unique building and hottest spot in Birmingham!

In the Theatre – Make a Show of it!  The theatre is an all in one showroom including the lights, sound and video showcase with HD screens and technology.  There is a stage, standing area and seated levels one and two.  Plus there is a green room in the back as well as a private area upstairs. Entertain your guests in the same space where headliners like Maroon 5, Kings of Leon, Train, and Clint Black have entertained their fans. This is, after all, one time in life when everyone expects you to be the star. The WorkPlay Theater can accommodate as many as 450 guests, and, with its Cabaret-style layout, seating arrangements are limited only by the imagination.

In the Hollywood Room – Ready…on the Set…Roll with the Party!

Having your party in the soundstage is not as unusual as you might think. The big black box at WorkPlay is the largest, best-equipped stage in the Southeast, supplying 5,250 square feet of usable space. Best of all, this is a space that can become whatever you want it to be. Consider it the canvas on which you paint the perfect wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner or party. Depending on how we arrange the space, we can easily accommodate up to 500 of your guests.

In the Canteen…Not all of our space is bigger than life!

The WorkPlay Canteen is ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings. Accommodating up to 150 guests, the WorkPlay Canteen is open, comfortable and contemporary.  It can be setup with seating for ceremonies or an area for cocktails between the nuptials and the reception or a place for your guests to relax. We understand that planning your own event can be so very stressful and are here to take that off of your shoulders and make this your best memory ever.
